NOTE:  For COD orders, prepayment of COD charges is mandatory to ensure authenticity and genuineness of orders. The shipping charge for COD orders is non-refundable. Shipping outside India is not available.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be:

1. In its original packaging

2. Unused

3. Unopened and sealed

In cases of Wrong Item Delivered, Item In Box Damaged (but Shipping box is ok), or Missing Item in Order:

1. Contact us with unboxing videos of the packaging box and the product within 3 days of the order delivery date

2. The regular 7-day return policy will not be applicable in this case

1. Recommendation: Capture an unboxing video as evidence to resolve the above claims

Non-returnable items:

1. Open or used items

2. Complaints of taste, health issues etc. (We recommend consulting a nutritionist or the brand directly in this case)

3. Products with tampered scratch codes, serial numbers etc.
