Refund Process

1. Refunds for online wallet payments will be credited back to the wallet.

2. Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer

3.  Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is applicable only before the shipping of the item. An order cannot be cancelled if it has already been shipped. Returns will still be applicable according to our policies.
